Developing Whole School Sustainability – from Foundations to Embedding
Programme duration: 3 years
Format: Hybrid, with in-person meetings at key points in the year

Our comprehensive three-year programme incrementally builds the fundamental elements of successful, impactful whole school sustainability.
Sustainability at School works hand in hand with your school, building the capacity of the nominated Sustainability Lead and all other members of the Sustainability Action team from implementation to embedding sustainability action.
Sustainability Accelerator
Programme duration: 1 year
Format: Delivery is to a cohort of schools, through live online workshops, complemented by fortnightly 121 sessions for each school.

Using our tried and tested methodology, this one-year intensive takes a cohort approach to sustainability action. Uniting 3-5 schools at similar stages in their sustainability journey, the accelerator is tailored to one of three cohort levels:

foundations for sustainability, for schools that are just starting their journey

catalysing impact, for schools that have some action and are ready to get more serious about sustainability
-
sustainability leadership, for schools that already do significant work on sustainability and want to be leaders in the field
Sustainability Workshops
Looking for targeted support in key areas of sustainability? Our workshops help students and staff develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies they need to drive forward specific areas of whole school sustainability.
Demystifying Data for Sustainability
In this facilitated workshop, staff will work together to understand what Education for Sustainability (ESD) means in their context, review key learning themes, and identify opportunities to strengthen ESD in their curriculum.
Participants will walk away with tangible ideas and next steps to embed ESD in teaching practice.
Education for Sustainability – Introductory Workshop

In this workshop, students will work with an expert child rights advocate to explore the power of advocacy for sustainable change.
They will learn about their unique rights as children and young people, build knowledge about what advocacy is and why it matters, and practice building a mini advocacy strategy that they could implement to drive change.
Youth Advocacy Lab

This event unites schools from across the globe for a virtual exchange of sustainable innovations and ideas.
Student eco leaders from different schools present their work to other students, sharing learning and best practice in the process. Students then work together in mixed groups to develop a sustainable solution to a new challenge.
