Are you passionate about driving sustainability action? As we scale up our work with international schools around the world, Sustainability at School is open for expressions of interest from experienced consultants who share our commitment to building a better future for children.

Sustainability Action Consultant

As we scale up our work with international schools across the globe, we are open to expression of interest from experienced consultants to support schools to develop, implement, and measure sustainability action and grow our impact.

What we look for:  

  • Experience driving organisational change and influencing leadership. 

  • Strong capacity building and facilitation skills, including proven experience of delivering multi-stakeholder workshops. 

  • Excellent client relationship management and business development skills.

  • Proven experience of building and maintaining strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Competent data collection and analysis skills. 

  • Excellent organisational skills, with a proactive and self-starter mindset.

  • Current or previous experience working as a consultant is essential. 

  • Commitment to Sustainability at School’s purpose and alignment with our values

  • Excellent spoken and written English (native or equivalent proficiency). 

  • A background in sustainability or climate policy is considered an asset. 

  • A good understanding of the school environment and processes; experience working with or in the education sector a plus.
